Airsoft vs Paintball

Thoughts? I would much rather invest into Airsoft and play it rather then paintball. The price's for paintball equipment/ammo are crazy high! $60 for a box of 500 paintballs? Thats crazy seeing how i pay $20 for 5,000 high grade BB's. Also in paintball you have to watch out for fags who freeze their balls and getting shot by them.

Just a quick input on the topic. Willing to debate with anyone on how Airsoft is better.

i been airsofting and paintballing. I like paintball more, its just more fun IMO. But I like the airsoft guns WAY better then paintball because they are based on real guns.

Airsoft is better in my opion it is cheaper and the guns look more realistic, but I also play airsoft.

I like Paintball. When someones gets hit there is no bullshitting, in airsoft someone can easily say you didn't hit them. Sure it's more expensive but playing in tournaments is well worth the investment.

Airsoft. I only say that because paintball is just so expensive :T

I disagree 100%. Airsoft is a "sport" for pussies. Paintball may be a bit more expensive but it is 10 times better. And I dont worry about kids freezing Paintballs because I dont go to arenas. I get a group of like 20 ppl and go in the mountains or a field. And Paintballs hurt. When a BB hits you it just feels like a pebbel was tossed on you.
A box of 500 paintballs is more like 8$ because a box of 2,000 is 30$

I would rather do airsoft than paint balling. It hurts less anyways.

Paintball is more fun simply because you can inflict more damage upon your target. With a BB, you might get a small "ow" reaction, but when you empty your paintballs on some poor guy, they're gonna be in pain for a while (unless they decided to be poor sports and wear the thick padding stuff)

airsoft is much better, the only downside is theres always a douchebag that doesnt call there hit.

unless you want painted trees (make it blue paint so you have smurf trees), id say airsoft, less expensive, can do any time, and a dent is easier to get out than paint.
