Alertpay Problem HELP!

for some reason when i try to sign up for AlertPay when i come to the email section and it says word verification at the bottom it doesnt show any word or picture at all i tried just going past it but it says you need to type in the verification image and there is none and there isnt even a spot to type the verification image too HELP!

doesnt work tried it many times and this sometimes happens on other websites not most just a slim amount of times its annoying maybe its something i have to download?

im only tryin to use it to see if i can verify easier than paypal i dont want to put my bank account on there and i signed up for the credit card on paypal and i didnt get approved i had my paypal verified from the etrade online bank account trick then 2 weeks later it suddenly just went unverified
