Aliens, are they real?

I wonder many people claim that they saw aliens or have been abducted by aliens is true or just imagination.

Are those crop circles made by any unknown force or are man made??

Share your views about this.

There are most certainly some forms of life existing beyond earth. We're just one planet in one galaxy.

I wouldn't know if it is scientifically impossible for there NOT to be but we have only investigated a small portion of the whole universe so it is stupid to be 100% sure that there are no aliens out there.

With the universe being this immensely huge, I do believe there is some wort of life out there.

There is no way in the near future that we are going to know if there is any other life in our galaxy. In my opinion, as there are just so many planets, there must be some form of life on a planet, somewhere.

Guys I was thinking that if aliens were there will they be an Intelligent race somewhere like our's??

If the aliens are the ones to make first contact we can be 99% sure they are from intelligent life, as they would most likely need to be to make contact with us. In my belief, all alien species would be possible of intelligent life given enough time, as evolution caused by changes in the ecosystem and species on their planet would lead them to become more advanced in order to survive. Do I sound smart now?

Just wondering, if aliens come to our planet the same thing will happen to us is what happened to red-Indians when Columbus came there!

It really depends on the race. It could be from a race experienced in warfare that has decided that to continue to thrive, it must destroy all other intelligent life to secure it's position. Or it could be from a peaceful race that wants only to tighten our friendships and possibly share our knowledge. Which could lead to our technology advancing and possible trading with other planets. There is also the possibility that we as human, will make the first contact. I would harshly right away point out that I believe humans would most likely be the first of the two that I described. As humans are extremely selfish creatures.

I highly wish there was an "other" choice in the poll. Have you heard of the Drake equation? There is a great video about it by Carl Sagan, look it up. Anyways, the Drake equation estimates how many different forms of intelligent life there are in the universe, or rather any area. I find it far too closeminded to choose definitively, without question, any side at the moment but I am quite convinced that there are other forms of life that aren't on Earth, be it intelligent or not.

Are we talking other life like bacterias and micro organisms or intelligent life like humans? Because look at us, we've only been alive a fragment of the earth's life and we're already killing eachother.

I definitely think there is other intelligent life out there. In my opinion, its a lot harder to fathom their not being any other intelligent life forms out in the vastness of space. I think its extremely close-minded and arrogant to think that humans are the only form of intelligent life in the Universe (but I respect other peoples opinions).

The Official first encounter will decide who gets colonised, us or the 'Aliens'. Why did people explore our planet? To aid their own nations. I would assume that any 'Aliens', if they made their way here, would do the same thing. See what they could take (physically or mentally) away from our planet, to benefit ours. If they needed resources... Well, we'll just see how that pans out.

No one has really given a logical answer to this question lol.

There are multiple planets (moons) in our solar system that scientist believe contain "living life forms". Now depending on what your idea of a "life form" is, this could be pointless.

There are a couple moons that circle Saturn (and maybe Jupiter) that scientist believe could contain life, or contain attributes to maintain human life. One of which is completely covered in a thick layer of ice that they believe has water underneath, which could lead to an underwater species, or bacteria that could survive in that harsh conditions.

Another, named Titan, shows an atmosphere such as that of earth (eh, similar). Which could contain life forms.

So are there "aliens" out there? Very possibly, heck if were the smarted thing in this universe, we're in trouble :dodgy:
