Alienware-which one?

Well I'm almost positively going with Alienware for my new laptop, I just love the look, and I don't think I'll have to big a problem with the heat. The only problem left is a couple things, I need to know if it's worth it to upgrade a few things, since I'm trying to keep this to a low price. So I need your opinions on:

Video Card:
1.5GB DDR3 NVIDIA® GeForce® GT 555M using NVIDIA Optimus™ technology
3.0GB DDR3 NVIDIA® GeForce® GT 555M using NVIDIA Optimus™ technology

All help is appreciated! If I'm going to use a coupon I have until tomorrow. So I need the best specs and to convince my dad xD.

Thanks!

6GB DDR3 at 1600MHz
and
3.0GB DDR3 NVIDIA® GeForce® GT 555M using NVIDIA Optimus™ technology
For max speed =)

I know those are better, I'm just wondering if it's TOTALLY worth it, since it raises the price quite a bit.

I understand that it's better, but I'm wondering if it's totally necessary. It's a bit more than I would want to spend. Do you think that intel core i5 with 6GB DDR3 at 1333MHz would work good enough? And would the change in video card be totally necessary?
