All this money in my paypal but im limited

I have 400$ in my paypal account but im limited alot of time has went by and I can withdraw but I have no account or routing number(no bank) any ways I could get this money out via an online method?
Or do I just have to wait 1 more year till im 18 and just make a bank account

Is it a legit paypal with your name on it ? I'm pretty sure lets say the name on the PayPal is Adam Smith you can get your dad John Smith to withdraw it into his account.

Nope not at all. I think I'll just wait Ugh wish there was a quicker way though wanted to buy this PS4

Just ask your guardian to link their bank account to your PayPal.

Okay well the only way to get un-limited or withdraw the funds is to make a fake bank account/ use a virtual credit card or fake the documents to get your account verified then send it to a paypal setup in your dads name then withdraw to his account.

Easy man you could just make another PayPal and gift it to that PayPal or link a credit or debit card and transfer to that.

Do you have any idea where I could make a fake bank account or use a VCC?
