NO! He constantly wipes his rep.
What I don't get is why this is allowed first off...if reputation shows what a member thinks of another then why does he gets to wipe his?

Come on now, I don't see why in the hell this is reputation abuse, if I am trying to keep a stable reputation on a member that I have a opinion about then how is that reputation abuse?

Calling someone a scammer and not doing a transaction with them is against the rules.
