I have decided to open up a Power leveling system i have played Runescape since Runescape2 has come out. I understand that it is hard to gain levels/Money for some people. So i am offering a service to help these individuals no matter what level they may be. Since my price range on the other post seemed unbelievable to many I will Negotiate a reasonable price with you if you choose to accept my service being that i am new to Offering power leveling for in game gold.
I currently have a level 82 character called xdragonicx feel free to contact me in game to prove who i am.
My service is simple
1.you pm me either in game (Not recommended) or on runegear or through email.
2. We negotiate a price that is Level Headed and in standards for both of us.
3. I Power Level the account no matter what level it is.
4. you pay me Half up front and the rest at end.
5. If there are any problems Please contact me or the Staff here.
The Power leveling services i offer at this moment are
Strength
Attack
Defense
Prayer
Ranged
Magic
Dungeoneering
Woodcutting
Fire making
Mining
Smithing
Fletching
I will not be using a bot this will all be done by hand so the customers account will not have a chance of being Banned

In bag for me to power level the character this will save me and you time so i do not have to get the Equipment myself or items myself.
Note: this is only for Combat Training. Training Skills Only require the necessary tool/Tools for me to level the character. Example- hatchet,Pick
All items will be deposited into the characters bank account through a one way deposit box
