AlterIW is basically Modern Warfare 2.
You can play only without any cracks or whatnot, over 7,000 people online per day.
Dedicated servers.

Ditch those shitty only shooters now.

Yeah, that was when there were no dedicated servers.
People abused MW2Tool to get advantages.
But MW2Tool doesn't work anymore so you shouldn't have that issue.
