No, HF accounts aren't allowed to be sold on FK, nor vice versa.

You are allowed to sell a HackForums account on here. You just aren't allowed to sell it according the HF rules. There's no rules against it on ForumKorner.

Philly made a thread last year regarding this subject.
He said that there would be no selling or buying of HF accounts on FK, and no selling or buying of FK accounts on HF. I believe he spoke to Omni about this as well.
