Amazon Refund?

Does anyone have the Amazon refund method saved? I remember seeing it in a shitload of threads both on HF and FK, I used the one by Judge Dredd (actually worked). However, it's since been taken down. Does anyone happen to have the method and would share?

I have forgotten the persons Username, for some reason I keep remembering a name with an underscore in it. Positive that relates to the user who was doing it on ForumKorner.

The method I'm talking about was floating around for free for awhile.

That's not the method I'm talking about, I'm talking about the one where you file a complaint on your order. I know it was along the lines of saying you got an empty box, but I forget the exact text.
