I know few people who did this few months ago. All they said is package came to house and box was empty. They will offer you refund or replacement, say it was gift and your brothers Birthday is gone, they will refund you. Do it on live chat. If they get suspicious just close the chat and re open it. I seen few people do that and it was fine
