Amnesia versus Superior autobiographical memory

Well, before I get into which would you chose I'll give everyone a little background information.

Obviously Amnesia is the problem of remembering. In this thread while comparing it to Superior Autobiographical memory, you'll be a thirty second Tom. *50 first dates movie reference*. In which you do not remember the past, or future. Rather you'll remember only the present for 30 second time spans before you forget everything.

The polar opposite being Superior Autobiographical Memory: you remember everything. You can remember certain dates in which things happened, what the score of a certain game was 4 years ago on February 2nd, and where you were and what you were doing. You remember everything in your life from a certain point, the good and the nasty.

Now I'm just curious to know, which would you prefer? I myself would prefer Superior Autobiographical Memory, I'd rather remember the horrible than to not even remember who the person sitting next to me is. As well as just for scientific facts, there's only a handful of SAM human beings in existence. While there's more Amnesia patients who are almost as bad as Tom. Such as this man: Clive Wearing.
