Besides Tokyo Ghoul, other Animes you can watch are: Phantom: Requiem for the Phantom, Darker Than Black, Blood +, Deadman Wonderland! Hopefully I helped you and gave you some ideas of good animes you could watch. They're all filled with action and suspense, just like Naruto, One Piece and Fairy Tail.
