Is it possible to make a website that it would be impossible to trace back to me or my IP?
Like no /whois etc. Absolutely nothing. Is that possible?

NO. You can't hide yourself from the internet. They can track your IP even if you changed it.
I don't knnow about the Whois.

Yes, of course you can. But it would be hard. Think about LulzSec and Anon, both got websites.

You can purchase private WhoIS from your domain registrar, but you can't hide yourself from your host or registrar unless you come up with a way to use fake details.
EDIT: Anonymous and LulzSec would've been on offshore hosting no doubt.
