I don't need a worst case scenario to prove this is a monstrous attack on our freedoms. This effectively gives the government the right to arrest ANY US CITIZEN and indefinitely detain them with no trial by a jury of your peers. Your telling me that isn't a big deal? Your telling me that the government having the full ability to legally take any person they please into custody and execute them at their free will isn't a big deal?
