Another paypal question!

In my paypal i have some money pending and some money available when i try and send money to people from the available balance it says

"We can't send your payments right now. If the problem continues please contact Customer Service".

Anyone know what this is?

I'm going to go on a guess and say they are held funds and aren't yet processed. Can you screenshot your balance, or anything? Sometimes Paypal holds your funds for a certain period of time, depending on how you get them. Or they need you to verify your account with a card or bank account.

But i thinj you have to wait if you have no card or bank attached.

Mine was doing this and I'm 100% just give it time and don't keep spamming it. Try sending on mobile also.
