Philly sold these a while back. Now there just a set amount that are being bought and sold among the members of the sight.

You have the cost to buy the group from that owner. Which most groups now-a-days are going for around $70-$150. Plus a $50 transfer fee. Then you're allowed to change the name and userbar.

Users may sell their group for as much as they like. However, a $50 transfer fee is required for the group ownership to change, and is sent to the admins. Once the transfer fee has been paid, the new owner has the opportunity change any part of the group, eg. group name, userbar, name colour etc.
The same $50 fee applies if any changes are to be made at any time. For example, if you own a group and you'd like to give it a visual makeover, you will need to pay the fee once more.

The current price of groups is around $75 - $120.
