Since the Quad has resigned, a lot of Area moderators have been added.

Yes, it is helpful to keep away trolls & PBM's. But what about having a Moderator promoted to Staff?

I'm saying this because one more Global Moderator is required to help Christy and Ace. DW doesn't spend much time here.

And a lot of times, the reported topics await proper Moderation as no Global Mod is present online.

So, it's about time we havd another Staff.

I think it should be Uzi or Phenom as they stay around all the time and are much helpful.

Discuss your opinions and who should it be.

Im sure Philly is going to be introducing a new staff member or members very soon as he mentions it in his thread.

Philly is planning on adding more staff and he has said that there will be a few more added soon.

Thank you for your input Jimmy. Philly is planning on promoting 1-2 new Staff members after he's added all of the awards back. He's also got his cousin's wedding coming up, so he's busy.

Thanks for the feedback guys. These helped a lot. As for adding more Staff, sounds like a great news. Good Luck to all Mods from my side. Current Moderators seem enough. Adding more than 1 would make it over staffed.

I vote for Uzi for Staff! Either one is fine and yes we do need more "Staff" members

I think there should be another staff member. Christy won't ban and Dean doesn't spend as much time on here as he used to.
Personally I think Phantom should be staff. Only original member thats currently a moderator and I feel like original members should be given priority over newer ones, plus we could use someone that knew how things were ran when Chronos and Jon were staff.
Those two were still the two best staff members by far.

I would love to monitor this site, I am on quite often any section. its just my goal to become a staff on this site.

I honestly think that phenom should be part of the staff. hes a great mm and just stopped a guy who was banned on another account and multi accounting for a deal of mine. love this guy

I think Phantom would make a great staff. He's super chill, never argues, is just like everybody else, doesn't think he's special and is super loyal. Just my opinion

What about bringing back Jon? He could share the workload with Philly & Poop.

I think Phantom or Gr33d, i personally know Gr33d would be because he's one of the OG members and was friends with philly before FK was big and was personally approached by philly to be a mod. He also has great judgement of character as i've talked to him on several occasions on XBL. Phantom would also be a good candidate because he's been a moderator for a long time and knows how things should be run. So it will be a hard run for both of them in my honest opinion.

Ive been meaning to start posting alot more in hope of continuing my staff position, i just need to get settled in school and what not then go from there

Agreed, I have full support for Jon and Chronos re-joining the staff team in the near future (hopefully).
Mad love to everyone who said Phantom too
Gr33d and Phenom would also be good choices imo but I'm not all that bothered about being staff, would be nice if Philly felt like I deserved it though I guess.
