Did not know where to put this thread

Hey guys, I'm wondering what are some good tips to not get scammed basically? Recently got scammed for 250$ before I came to know about this site, sucks but whatever lesson learned.

Any tips?

IGs, Avoid swapping too early, and avoid allowing as many people as you know possible know your buying the IG, should be between you and the seller.

SCs are no big deal but i'd double switch it with emails so they know what email your SC will be under.

KIKs simply change the email, and then change pw ect.. basics

Always make sure to check the persons history before dealing, attempt to use a MM if possible, ask around if you dont know if someone is legit or not.

It depends man, if you are buying a social media (IG, Kik, etc and using paypal just be careful with who you are dealing with, look at there rep, scam reports etc. If you are worried about being scammed then just deal with people who are trusted. and always deal in PM, you can talk to them on kik or whatever, just make sure you get a PM of the deal you are about to do so if they do scam you that way you can open a scam report. you can also use a middleman which holds your money and the item you are buying. if you need help with a deal man just let me know

Be sure to use a middle man. I don't ever go first either. Only to those who are truly trusted.

#1. (And I can't stress this enough) DO YOUR RESEARCH. Before I purchase anything, I pretty much almost Dox the seller. Just to cover my basis.

My only tip I can give is to use @philly as a middle man, as he's an Admin and he's a very honest person.

Use a MM, know if you see anything that seems to good to be true, it probably is.

Always use a middleman. If they deny to use a middleman then they are probably going to scabeam you.

If you need a middleman at any time, you could always hmu.
