I need some advice. So I have this friend that I care a lot about, she's young and she has yet to live out her teenage years (14 years old), I'm 18 lol but you know what I mean. Okay well 14 year olds are reckless, correct? She told me she wanted to try every drug only once, but what she doesn't seem to understand is that, that's not how drugs work, and that if you try method or heroine once you can't just stop doing it. She thinks she can but what she doesn't understand is that according to science and statistics she is very unlikely to quit after the first time because its addictive. I don't want to see her go down that road.

I can't seem think of what to say to make her understand. Any advice for me? What would you say?

First of all, you could explain to her how addiction works in detail. Show her some information around the topic and knock it into her brain that she simply cannot try it only once. Another thing though, this seems like a childish saying actually, most teens say something like this though they rarely mean it or go through with it.

That's the thing, normally I wouldn't believe someone who says stuff like that. But I know her really well and she's reckless, she would definitely do it if she had the chance. That's what scared me. And yeah I've already explained the science of addiction and I told her what doing meth makes you look like physically and socially. And she's gorgeous and cares about her appearance, but that still didnt work. She just can't seem to comprehend how addictive it really is.

Sounds like you're trying to fuck her in the ass but hey that's just me. Hope it works out.
