I'm talking lifting heavy ass weights for high reps curling till your bicep feels like it's about to tear off, shrugs until you look like a juggernaut, squats until your legs feel like jello, calf raises/box jumps until your calf muscles grow arms, bench until you can move your pectoral muscles to the music, sit-ups/planking until you can wash your clothes on your washboard abs, lat pulldowns until you can jump off a building and glide in the air like your in a wing suit, dips until your triceps explode under all the pressure, bar bell rows till you need a back brace. Lol went a little overboard but yeah if anyone lifts post below on what you lift on certain days of the week I'm curious and what protein/pre workouts you take personally for me protein wise iron whey by musclepharm and preworkout I go with c4
