- It really helps if you ask them how they are as it makes you seem friendly
- Keep your cool during the whole convo
- Don't give up even if it seems like a lost cause (I have been in a situation where the person had told me "Sorry." and that was basically all she was saying, but when I told her I was going in circles she nearly seemed to have given me a code, but then her manager came. Oh well (Thing I said was this "I have been been trying to contact Amazon for X hours, and then they send me to your support team I do find that strange that they send me here, and say that you will fix everything out. Please (Ma'am or Sir or whatever you like using as a nice prefix for people you respect) try understanding that I don't want to be going in circles, because I've contacted them, and they sent me to your support team to smooth out my issues.) (Something along those lines)
