Request on the Free Forum Request section with the specs you need (Bandwidth, Space etc). I'm pretty sure, you'll get one. I requested an unlimited bandwidth hosting and got one from there. Just make sure you include whether you want offshore and onshore, try to be as descriptive as you can. Don't request unlimited space though.
