Youtube is a really good way. I have been doing competitions on big forums getting members to join. Along with advertising at multiple different sites. Honestly If all the current active members here made a youtube video it would help alot! Especially if you have alot of subscribers.

In a way this is true but not tottaly.
The members will stay active i Belive, but could be wrong.
Hold weekly or Monthly Contest.
Whitch allow almost All members to join.
So that way ppl will be active.

EX. Need a Referal or at least 20+ Post.
Fallow my drift.
An idea but dont have to do anything.
I think it will grow on its own as long as a handful of Members stay Active.
