Any other similar stated pking accounts?

Hey, atm im botting an account for these desired stats. would like to know your opinion on said stats for pking and just general tips..

Attk: 75/75 =]
Str: 82/99
Def 70/70
Pray 52/70/95(?)
Range : 98/99 (not range pking mainly, just wana finish off the 99)
Mage: 74/94/99 (veng)
HP: 89/99
Combat 105/107 (70 pray)/ 110 (with 95 pray)

Other stats I want to bot
Herb 45/99(just for general pvm)
Summ 62/?? (cause i can)

Any tips/tricks?
Also, any other accounts you know off with similar stats, and if so how do they go pking, many similar leveled accounts out there?

Dont be 75 99 70. you will never hit people your level, be atleast 90 attack.
