Go to xbox.com, sign in and go to edit profile; it should say you can't blab blah blah. So now you go down where it says about us, contact us, etc and click mobile version and voila!

No, I was going to change the motto to something offensive, and then get people to report my motto or bio.. and then get a ban and I got told some time ago it over rides your perma ban, but I'm not sure if that works any more, does anyone know?

No it doesn't, this was patched years ago.
