Any Way To Change Motto, Bio Etc.. On A Banned Account?

Hey guys, I recently bought a new account, and I want to change the Motto, Bio & Location etc.. but I can't seem to find a way to do it..

Is there any way?

I've heard that you can do this on tinker, just don't be a jackass and try to sell a banned tag claiming it isn't banned.

No, I was going to change the motto to something offensive, and then get people to report my motto or bio.. and then get a ban and I got told some time ago it over rides your perma ban, but I'm not sure if that works any more, does anyone know?

No it doesn't, this was patched years ago.
