Any way to dispute an account getting 9999'd?

I was literally dropping out of the gamertag scene today and keeping one account as my final and it got fucking 9999'd today for account theft. I have a pretty believable story to dispute it with, but I doubt those fucks will believe me. Has anybody had success disputing a 9999?

there's way's to fight against it. just depends on the xbox live support person u talk to. good luck bro
 
I have tried and tried in the past. You will get nowhere. A woman from the middle east will pretend she cares about your issues with your account but will keep it Perm'd and tell you to have a great day.
 
Thanks @Eminem this is the only account I care about so I'm hoping it gets its suspension lifted. I bought a year of Xbox live two days ago and put it on the account, I've bought tons of avatar items and a couple games within the last week since I thought I'd be able to keep this account for good and now it's banned so I'm pretty pissed off

I understand how you feel bro. my friend got his ban lifted when he was banned for this reason. hopefully the support person is chill.

uhhhhhh what. Isn't it against Xbox policy to sell accounts? why would he tell them he's breaking their policy. That's like a. big fuck you to the face, might as well tell a cop you murdered someone, honestly.
 
@Eminem why would I need to show proof of the transaction, wouldn't that just be proving them right for the reason of the ban?

@Fedoras the tag was OXP on my 126k gamerscore 5 year account. It's not like it was a big loss but I've put a lot of money into that account.
 
I have had minimal luck disputing bans with Microsoft's support team.

They employees are trained to send you to the Microsoft support forums to dispute your case. Often times your dispute will be dropped or will remain unanswered.

Thanks @Balfour, it looks like I'm not going to get my account suspension lifted. It really sucks that literally the day I decided to keep an account for good and put money into it, it gets perma banned. Fuck you Microsoft
 
@Trap I feel you on that, they use to do that with me 24/7, I use to tell them to add me because I wanted them to add me on their OG's(I was new to the scene). They would agree to it then not go through with it, I said to one of them, "you're not gonna add me are you, you just have to say that you will", and he agreed me with me.

The best thing to do is view this as a learning experience. Since my ban, I have acquired many methods which help keep my accounts safe from the wrath of Microsoft's band hammer. Exercising extreme caution with your accounts is paramount these days.
 
Seems like this is happening to everybody... The support team is full of idiots lmfao
