Any Way to Unlimit PP?

I unwittingly used a US PP for a Runescape (all discussion banned on HF) trade not knowing that there were now 0.00 limits on money transfers. Are there any way of lifting these limits other than the way they say? Or is there a way around the way they say?

I opened the account about a week ago and until last night hadn't done any transactions.

Will I be needing a VBA/VCC or whatever? Or are there other methods?

Your account can automatically get unlimited after half a year, or so I'm told.

Bank account and credit card is only way of getting somewhat unlimited or verified.
buy a prepaid debit from wal mart and assign to pp account

It doesn't get restored after 180 days, they just let you withdraw money to your bank.

I am here to tell you how to make your Paypal semi-unlimited.

Step 1: Go to Shoppers Drug Mart (Target, Walmart, Blockbuster, other general stores)
Step 2: Buy something called a Virtual Credit Card (VCC), also known as a credit card gift card for $25, $50, $100, etc. (each card has a different value) The one I use is Vanilla Mastercard, but there are plenty more.

NOTE: These are legal for ALL ages, and are legal to use ONLINE

Step 3: Bring the card home and go to the website that is shown in fine print somewhere on the card (ex. www.vanillamastercard.com)

Step 4: Enter your VCC info and you will see your balance etc.

Step 5: If you are using Vanilla Mastercard, click "Verify Card" (or something like that) and enter your fake or real Postal Code/Zip Code

Step 6: Go to paypal and enter your info into new Credit Card. Don't worry about name or anything, just make sure that the Zip Code/Postal Code is the same you used for the VCC website.

Step 7: Congratulations you have a Semi -Verified paypal.


This means you have a maximum withdrawal and deposit amount of $5000 (or something like that)

got my paypal limited to :/ used fake info to since i wasnt sure to trust paypal then i sold stuff for about 125 euro they kept 4 euro or so and now im limited with 120 euro on it :/ but need to wait 180 days
