So, I bought a gamertag off the marketplace here on FK and I'd like to transfer it to my main.
The account that was linked to the gamertag I bought was not supplied with the owner's billing information (First & last name minimum) that is REQUIRED to make purchases (Including gamertag changes) and I'm having trouble getting in touch with him.
I can't change the information because to do so, I'd need to have the old email (Which was also never told to me) or some sort of minimal knowledge of the original account owner (Date of birth/Name/Location).
If anyone has premium on Spokeo or knows an alternative and could help me out, that'd be wonderful.
