I have made a Domain then it got hacked but I have it back now, But the website wont load, I also need a CoFounder for it :) That will stay active also a host.

What exactly is needed, to fulfill duty besides being active?
Ex. Jtag...etc

Well i have a RGH and i host ALOT of lobbys i would like the cofounder too yes.
