The best way I have found is to use CustomHits.

Assuming you're talking about youtube? If so, try twitter, may be able to help. Or you could do like the kids on TTG and go sub/sub with all of them. Lol
The best way to grow your channel is just posting quality content with consistency and that people actually want to watch. GL
