Im pretty sure that tag has a large owner history. wouldnt get too excited about it

I though it did too that why I was hoping to pick it up for cheap as a personal

well it may be cheap but the problem is that it has been on numerous consoles which is not a good sign. U probably wouldn't be able to keep it if u bought it.

True but couldn't I swap the tag on to a sliver to prevent it from getting called in?

yes but odds are at least 1 to 5 people could be turboing it
