Does anyone workout on this forum? Just wondering since i've been going to the gym for like a year now, and I've wonder what routine's YOU guy's do so I could gather some ideas on what to do / improve on.
My current workout :
Monday : Chest / Arms
Tuesday : Abs / cardio
Weds : Rest
Thursday : Legs / lower body
Friday : Arms
The weekend I either do a little bit of cardio or rest depending on how i'm feeling.
What is your routine?!?! :O do you even lift?
