It's always random, But i prefer upper body, and cardio. I use to do p90x then I did Insanity. Best workouts definitely came form Insanity. Yes I do lift.

Wednesday: Cardio
Friday: Legs and stomach
I've been playing soccer since I was 4 so that also takes care of my cardio.
