Paypal just limited my account telling me I need to verify it via bank account, credit card, photo ID, blah blah blah. so I created a new one and I need $8 to be able to purchase something I desperately want. It can be botting dungeoneering for a certain amount of hours, a list of quests you want done, minigames, etc.
