Apple cake

Ingredients: • 1 large apple
• 1 cup flour ½
• 1 cup milk
• 1 / 2 cup sugar
• 2 envelopes yeast
• 4 eggs
• 1 tablespoon butter
• lemon zest

How to make apple cake

Mix the milk with the melted butter, add the egg yolks and sugar. Add the lemon zest. Mix the yeast with the flour and gradually incorporated into the mixture. Peel and chop the apple into small cubes, add to the dough.

In addition, beat egg whites until stiff. Gently incorporate the egg whites to the mix, not to lose air.

Preheat oven to 180 º. Grease and flour the cake pan and bake apple about 30 minutes.:Love:

I like apple cakes and apple pies too but i prefer to eat than to cook them. I'm not good at cooking (maybe because i didn't try often) but am good at eating (lol!) :Smile:

I dont like to eat apple.. but may be i'll like the apple cake.. I like to eat apple pie.. who knows may be i'll like the cake too.. so should try this .. thanx

I can see that your topic is all about cooking and recipes and they're really good esp for a starter.
