Apple iPad 2 Launched

APPLE has unofficially unveiled the iPad 2 in San Francisco. The iPad 2 is thinner and lighter than its predecessor - a third thinner, in fact, and around 15% lighter.
The rumours about a white version were true as well, with a choice of black or white from day one. Two cameras are on board, one a front-facing VGA cam for video chatting, and one on the rear which is capable of recording 720p video.
Steve Jobs commented: "With more than 15 million iPads sold, iPad has defined an entirely new category of mobile devices. While others have been scrambling to copy the first generation iPad, we're launching iPad 2, which moves the bar far ahead of the competition and will likely cause them to go back to the drawing boards yet again."

We have the original one what ever that one is called.. It sure doesn't fit in your pocket but its not big deal to just carry the thing because it doesn't weigh to much.. I would much rather have a ipad than a iPod touch. But that is depending on what I'm using it for.

The release of the second version of iPad really saddens me because I have just had my iPad (first version) for a couple of weeks, and then a new one is already out in the market. It looks like I'm going to wait for quite a long time to be able to purchase iPad2. I've read that iPad2 also has this special cover, which you can roll down and then it serves like a stand.
