Where would I go to apply for the News Crew leader? I noticed there is a lack of the News Crew moderator on the user CP

What I would do is just send a join request on the user cp and see if mr "anonymous" accepts it.

Wouldn't that suggest that there would be a current Leader of the group? It looks like as if there is not one.
