I think there should be rules on certain appraisals. I think you should at least own the Item in question before you can appraise it.

I mean it's like talking about someone else's shit, I'd be pissed if someone was randomly getting my GT appraised. I might be selling it for $500, then somebody creates a thread without permission and gets my shit appraised at $420, then my buyer decides I'm asking too much, you get me?

Invading somebody's tag or appraisals without permission is wrong. If you don't own it, don't ask for an appraisal.

I'd have to agree, Like when some kid is like
"How much is the tag ****** Worth? I don't own it, and I don't know the owner, But I want MS to be sure that this tag is being sold, k thanks"

well no because what if it is overpriced and the kid wants more appriasals from others people so that he doesn't get ripped off and he negotiate a price.

I can perfectly Understand that Situation, But sometimes.. People ask for an appraisal on Someone else's tag, And the owner isn't even selling. I think It's a bit dis-respectful.

If it ain't his then he shouldn't appraise it, if the owner gives him permission then it's ok. But the OG seller should get it appraised or if he knows what he wants for it then that's between the two people to come to a deal, if the buyer thinks it's too pricey then don't buy it, simple.

It's far from a silly idea, would you like someone randomly doing an appraisal on your tag. Read the op I said with permission it's ok. But doing it just to be curious should not be allowed.

To be fair I think we should take into account the credibility of an appraisal. Obviously someone who makes a standalone thread who is appraising something that the owner of said item didn't ask for something is going down. If someone is posting on a requested appraisal thread and you don't agree with the appraised price, ask for a couple more appraisals from trusted members. I think we should be able to handle this problem with some community guidelines.
