in the original post he specifically said that anyone who wins the "RG Elite" award and already as Elite. Will get $5 sent to them VIA Paypal. and if you want to give it to someone else. by all means you can buy it for them. but im sure The_Elite will understand and just give RG Elite to whoever you choose.
