RE: Sectional Moderator Applications

Name: Tyler
Timezone: Eastern
DOB: January 18 1998
Section: Gfx Section
Why: Well I like Gfx, and it needs some work. I feel if I was the mod I could get more and more people to do gfx battles; post there work ; and just a more active section. I am aware I am only 13 but I don't really think age matters as long as I have decent grammar and am to a extent mature.

I have been on the news team in the contributer team on gfxforums.net And contributer team was a big thing considering only like only 5 people where in it, the owner me and a few other very respected members.

I have been a moderator on a few other big forums.

If you have any questions you can private message me.

Section: Runescape General Discussion
Why: (min. 25 words)
I believe I would make a good sectional moderator because I have played runescape for a little over 5 years, have had experience from administration in RSPS forums and game, also I plan to open my own myBB site about programming very soon so I could use the great experience. I am also highly educated and very mature for my age. One of my current goals is to become a player moderator so it shows I have an affection for maturity and good morale. I could go on but don't believe you would like to read my boring life story.

Name:Chris
Timezone:GMT
DOB:24th October 1995
Section:RuneScape General Discussion
Why: I would like this position as I feel I could carry out my role quite well in that section as I like to think I have a decent knowledge of Runescape since I have played the game since 2003-2004 which I feel would be helpful in moderating the general discussion section. I am also regularly on Runegear although I only post when I feel necessary but feel that the posts I do make are usually Informative/helpful to other members of the forum this is a brilliant opportunity for me to become a bigger role in this awesome forum and I hope I could be considered for this position.
Thanks.

Name: Joey | Entitled
Timezone: Central
DOB: 11/17/1993
Section: RuneScape Hacking Discussion
Why: I've always wanted to be a sectional moderator in that section because that is where I spend most of my time when I'm dumping or reading everyone's post. I feel that I know what my job would need and I know what to expect and how to handle 'problem's at hand. I am also highly experienced in runescape hacking and I feel I could help anyone at anytime.

Additional: I have also been moderator / admin on about 3 other good forums.

Also I have been looking forward to this opportunity and I am exited to get a chance to take it! I treat everybody equal no matter who they are. Thank you for reviewing my application!

Section: Runescape General Discussion
Why: I've been playing runescape since 2008, so I know a lot about runescape. I have been a member of runescape for a while, and have been very active. I have gained a respectable amount of reputation, and vouches, and I have managed to stay high quality for most of my time here. I have never scammed, and I will never. I think I would be a good pick for Runescape General Discussion section moderator because I have spent a lot of time on RuneGear, and will continue to do so. I know I will be able to do my job very well.

Name: James
Timezone: GMT
DOB: 16/6/1995
Section: RuneScape Hacking Discussion
Why: I feel my experience in this category is unsurpassable. I've been on the scene for five years, during which I have become expert in many a field. For example, on RsUnlocked we pioneered the RuneScape password cracker and innovated RuneScape 3 phishing methods to renowned successes - back in the day I was regarded as one of the most prominent phishers, and I am in the process of reviving my career.

However, of paramount importance is my moderation experience. In the very early days of RuneScape hacking I was staff on RsUnlocked, which peaked at around 20,000 members thanks to the latter mergence of Sythe-Fagex. I also administrated ScionBot, an open source RuneScape bot that in its heyday had 10,000 members. In more recent years, I moderated at RSBot (latterly PowerBot) and at FuckJagex. I was also given the user title 'The Educator' on RuneRevolution, which was effectively a sectional moderation position in the 'Education Centre'. Therefore, I believe I can contribute to the community in an unparalleled manner, owing to my extensive moderation experience and vast knowledge of the topic itself.

DOB: 25th June, 1996
Section: RuneScape General Discussion
Why: I have played RuneScape since early 2005 and I feel I have gathered suffice knowledge about the game during my 6 years to pass on to other members. I'm not going to write the typical 'Well, I'm about to open my new clan up for RuneScape members' and all that BS. I believe I should be moderator because I'm hard-working and a very active user on RuneGear. I'm currently the 4th oldest and still active member and I'm fully dedicated to RuneGear.

Thank you and good luck to all applicants!

RE: Sectional Moderator Applications

Name: Ryan Overill/ Monstar
Timezone: GMT
DOB: 16th May 1995
Section: Graphics Section
Why: I've always been an active member of the graphics section of every forum I join, if you look around you will see a few of my logos. I'd like to try and improve the activity of this section as it's kind of dead at the moment. I would do this by hosting creative competitions for the community, with tempting rewards.
Another reason I believe I deserve this Graphics Moderator status, is that I'm a high quality member. Although I only have a low post count, almost all of my posts have been helpful, informative or funny as hell.

I've been making graphics for a few years I suppose, I haven't got a gallery of all my pieces though I have been saying I'll get around to it for over a year.
I was once a very active member in the Runelocus request and showcase sections and always got positive feedback, despite Runelocus being troll heaven.
A few months ago I had a business with a friend, in which I made forum layouts. We made a large amount of money out of this, though just recently he decided to quit.

I'm a nice guy, I like to help out around the community not just the Graphics Section. Please don't let the fact that I have a low post count, change your opinion of me.

DOB: 17 September, 1994
Section: Runescape Hacking Discussion
Why: I've been into Runescape hacking for over a year now. I have had the pleasure being moderator and admin on rs hacking sites, and i'm still a moderator on a famous cod hacking site(zeatnolt.com). I have over three years experience in moderating. I know that there can be problems where members will try to hack others and post infected links. Those can be dealt with fast as I am on more than four hours a day.

Why: I got a lot of experience at the section "RuneScape Hacking". I'm about 3/4 years in this "business". I know a lot of RuneScape Hacking and just normal hacking. I'm also a very active member at RG. But OT, I also had a forum running, kinda the same as Hacking.RS, but it went down. So yeah, I hope you don't mind of my bad english though.

Cheers.

Name:
Mike (Sideswipe)

Timezone:
GMT -5:00 (USA Detroit, MI)

DOB:
July 13th, 1989

Section:
RuneScape Dumps

Why:
I'd like to think of myself as a very high quality member for one. I've also posted about 7 or 8 dumps here, so I know the rules very well, and I know just what, and how to enforce them.

I am a good responsible person, as well as a well respected member here on RuneGear. So I believe I deem ready to take a step up, and even better protect RuneGear from low quality posting and spam. I also know and understand the regular RG rules and etiquettes, as I have just posted a very good tutorial on it to help new members.

I really want to moderate this particular section, because I know I can handle it. I know I would enjoy moderating it as well.

Thanks for the oppurtunity, @"The Elite".
