Are "Doxing Services" allowed on FK?

In the rules it says Not to offer any doxing services

Yet i have seen two services for doxing/steeling accounts. Im wondering because i know juvi's service has go one for along time. have the staff been ignoring it?

Nope, which is why the staff haven't done anything. We can't see every post and every thread on fk, which is why the report option is there. So use it

I reported it once, when it first opened up. But nothing happened so i was assuming that Juvi had permission, but i noticed the rules have not changed and there are now two services and i personally don't like the idea of someone paying another user to get the personal info of another FK user.

It's all good im not blaming anyone, im simply trying to figure out why it has gone on so long when it clearly states that it's not allowed.
