Are humans born good or evil?

Are humans born good or evil? I recently had a history test and some dude said that humans are naturally born evil and another guy came up that humans are born good. What is your opinion on this?

We are only "born" with a percentage of our biological inheritance; genetics. The rest lies on how you are raised. Nature vs Nurture.

A newborn has no morals. (It can't even comprehend its existence.) I have yet to see a morally good or a morally evil baby. Babies develop their morality naturally over time, guided by their guardians, whoever that may be.

Cannibal has it spot on. The brain isn't developed enough yet. Newborns are neither good, nor bad. Until, of course, the baby is exposed to either, good or evil, by another.

Where's the option for none? These are man made definitions, just like every other word and it's definition.
