Are Revenge Reps Allowed

Some kid revenge/neg repped me for no reason. Is this kind of action allowed?

Okay I'll make a call on this now.

Revenge rep is NOT allowed.
Many sites allow it and it's stupid, people should be able to -rep someone if they feel the person deserves it. They shouldn't have to sit there worrying that they will be -rep in returned.


This also applies to +rep.
Don't +rep someone because they +repped you. All reps given should be based off things people have done on the forum.
