I love her to death, and I want to get engaged.

We were talking about it, and she said it's not a bad idea.

Not trying to put a downer on it but 18 is still young and one day you may feel like you want to change everything and you're not happy with everything which is normal at a young age I would say, I'm trying to say commitment at a young age isn't that good of a idea in my opinion. Nah man you are not too young at all, I asked my girlfriend to marry me at 16 and she yes. That was probably the happiest year of my life. Then she found some drugs and I guess they asked her to get married to them instead of me because now Im here 20 years old, no ring on the finger and she's probably in an alley way with a couple needles. But hey that's just my story. I still think it's a good one worth sharing, go for it man, pursue your dreams.

Man, love is a great thing, its the one goal in life that everyone should have, and if its true (not just about sex) it can be the most amazing thing that anyone could ever have, its not how okd you are (even though there are obvious restrictions etc) but it really matters if your love for her is true, and hers is true back towards you, but trust me, don't rush it, or else there could be problems that you won't like and/or will get you hurt, just from personal preference, but like I said, if its true and you put a lot of thought towards it, the gates are open fir you my friend.
