I'm just a little curious, I personally wouldn't consider myself to be fit. I can only do 30 pushups, and in my opinion I should have been able to do something like that was 12 :/. And I cannot even do 15 situps lol. In terms of visible abs and muscle there is not to much, but I'm getting there. I just need to keep at it. Anyways, post away, BE HONEST lol.
