Arrested question

Okay. So this is what happened. My mom told me personal stuff if you wanna know PM me., so I punched some things. She called the police (knowing I smoke weed) and told them I had drugs in my room. The came downstairs in my room, searched found my pipe. Didn't read me my rights. Put me in the police car, took me to the police station I got my mug shots. They said, we are going to charge you for domestic Battery, and unlawful possession of drug paraphanalia, we are going to fine you of the minimum $750, you will have to do community serve. A court date will be mailed to you in a couple weeks.

Am I suppose to get a lawyer, or something? They never read me my rights, I don't think they even said I was under arrest. I'm a minor, so idk if it apply's to me. Idk if I have to get a lawyer or not, I can't pay $750 lol.

I looked that up, and apperently they don't have to if you're a minor.
