I have little formal education but thank you.Jukebox said:3.) I agree with you here. You make very very good points & it seems like you are very well educated. I meant in the sense of discrimination towards women. I don't really know, all of that makes sense, but because we are all adapted to believing it is the masculine figure, or whatnot, that pays for the dinner/holds the door open i'm kind of iffy. I just don't feel like things such as slut-shaming & cat-calling should exist, etc etc.

The dinner/door examples are both cultural things. There is no real reason for it besides being taught early on that "it is what we should do."
Slut-shaming is just bullying and is mean either way. I don't see how gender makes a difference in bullying. It's unacceptable either way. At the end of the day, we're all humans, we all bleed the same blood, breathe the same air, and want the same things. (I can go on and on about how we all think we're alone and feel misunderstood and how this is common to everyone but I'll save that for later.) I don't like bullying or harassment at all.
I haven't given much thought to cat-calling. Is this considered offensive? I would imagine that girl getting cat-called would either be flattered the guys think she is beautiful or possibly upset because she feels her body is the only thing good about her. Obviously looks don't last so I can see where this would be awkward. Of course, the girl NOT being cat-called will think she is ugly or physically inferior. This is also very cultural.
Personally, I think both of those can disappear. It won't happen overnight but it might happen eventually. The vast majority of our world is based on religion (USA is a primarily Judeo-Christian country, notice the laws almost exactly mimic The Bible/Torah.) According to most religions, girls are looked down upon for doing anything remotely sexual, the men are typically in charge of them. This seems to have permeated our culture and has manifested itself today as slut-shaming and cat-calling. As religion disappears, so will that.
Any comment on the military drafting and unisex bathrooms?

Jukebox said:Well, what are your thoughts on gender equality in regards to military drafting?
Unisex bathrooms are controversial in the LGBTQ+ community as well.
I also agree with most of what you have said above.
PrintLn said:In regards to military drafting? Should be equal however the same requirements should apply. No reason to weaken the military because some people really really really want in (also applies in reverse.)
I'm asking for your views on the bathrooms, no one elses.
I'm sure it doesn't make nearly as much sense as it could. I'm getting kinda tired and I usually write cryptic messages to begin with so my thoughts probably aren't crystal clear.
Feel free to ask me questions too. I'm probably going to sleep soon though. I don't know how soon.
Jukebox said:I agree, the requirements should be the same for both.
Unisex bathrooms.. I see it happening. Not sure if I agree or not.
I'm tired as well, haha.
PrintLn said:I mean I'm a pussy and either way I respect and applaud those who defend the country with their life even if I don't agree with the reason they're there in the first place. I have no problem admitting a women is "manlier" than I am, even if that doesn't say much.
About the bathrooms, I have stage fright so I would have trouble going either way. Any argument about the tiddly bits is out the window for me. I have no problem with mine and I'm mature enough to understand everyone uses the bathroom so I personally wouldn't have a problem. I just don't feel other people are thinking the same so I don't know if I'll happen anytime soon.
Also I did a little bit of reading on catcalling. Seems like an entire discussion in and of itself.
Edit: grammar. I really need to sleep.

I'd say Iceland.
Very pretty place.
