Ask The Staff Section

Just thought this would be a great idea so members can communicate and get their questions answered much easier.

This would be better, so if you have a question you can look to see if it was already answered.

I like the idea, but we don't usually get duplicate questions in the Private Inquiries section anyways, so I think we'll just stick with that.

Yes, but members that have questions can go into the section to see if it was answered already.

It's just a lot easier.

Yeah, but some members prefer to have threads in that section private because they may be giving out personal information that is required for them to get help. I mean, there are benefits to either forum, I can't see FK adding another section for almost the same thing.

Change it. Not make a new section.

Idk, if we changed it now, people would just be able to see everyone's PayPal information from the Donator/Master Donator epidemic.

Idk, I don't think any of the admins are really going to bother going through with it. I mean, there's nothing wrong with the way the section currently is, and it may just be a waste of time to either check through all the threads or just clear out all the threads.

There's no point in fixing something that isn't broken, plus hardly anyone uses the section, so we don't get any duplicate questions as I stated before.

Private Inquiries really aggravates me. I've had rather big problems before and I was ignored like every time, my threads usually sit there with no assistance.

But, I don't think we should be that much like TTG.

On TTG I look at the Ask The Staff section just to see the stupid questions people ask. But let's be real, do you think new people to FK (or regular members) will actually search the forum to see if their question already got answered? They don't even do it now.
